Refunds & Returns

At Par F.O.R.E. Golf, we want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our simple returns process:

Returns

  • You may return unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@parforegolf.org with your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, we are happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

  • Clearance or final-sale items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.
