At Par F.O.R.E. Golf, we want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is our simple returns process:
Returns
You may return unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@parforegolf.org with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
Clearance or final-sale items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or full refund.
